Retirement living village in Waitara comprising a 12-level vertical village with 2 storey basement, 117 Independent Living Units and community facilities. EPM Projects provided end-to-end project management commencing with assembling the project team, managing the statutory approval process via a Development Application to Hornsby Council, tendering and contract administration of the construction contract.
