Vasey engaged EPM Facilties Management (EPM) to assess refurbishment needs at four of their sites, including providing advice on solar installations, fire system upgrades, roofing repairs, and emergency exit improvements. EPM conducted site inspections, developed multiple programmes which provided the client with options, and compiled a comprehensive report with recommendations, which is now sitting with the Vasey Board.
