Project Details

The client engaged EPM Facilities Management (EPM) to assess one of its Retirement & Aged Care buildings in Lane Cove and then provide a recommendation of the necessary consultants for completing various upgrade projects. EPM provided short-term, medium-term, and long-term program recommendations, accompanied by a detailed report that is currently under review by the board. Throughout the process, EPM worked closely with the CEO to ensure alignment with Vasey’s goals and needs.
