THE SCOTS COLLEGE – TENDER & PROCUREMENT ASSISTANCE

Project Details

EPM Facilties Management was engaged by the Scots College Facilities Manager and Business Manager to assist with developing tenders for security services, bus transportation, and cleaning services. EPM FM developed comprehensive tender documentation, conducted market outreach, reviewed submissions, and provided recommendations. This process resulted in significant savings for the school, approximately $1 million per year. Notably, EPM FM facilitated the introduction of an entirely electric bus fleet for the school, making it the first in NSW to adopt such sustainable transportation.

Following this success, the college then asked EPM FM to develop and manage a tender for grounds and garden maintenance. This process includes developing documentation, market engagement, submission review, and recommendations. Throughout this engagement, FM have worked closely with the school to craft a service brief that met all their requirements, ensuring a tailored and effective solution.
