Project Details

School Infrastructure NSW is delivering new and improved facilities across the State, including new schools in growth areas across Sydney. Tallawong Public School is a proposed new school in Rouse Hill which will support the current and future population of the Rouse Hill / Tallawong area.

EPM has provided town planning services for the delivery of a State Significant Development (SSD) application to the Department of Planning, Housing and Industry, including the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement which was endorsed by our REAP Accredited planner.
