Project Details
The project consisted of construction of approximately 240 two and three-bed ILU’s, across 6 multi-level tower buildings, within a site which has an area of approximately 3.8 hectares. In addition to the 240 ILU’s, the development consists of new consolidated open space areas, along with new community facilities, a central village and heritage greens, and a club house which accommodates a gymnasium, heated swimming pool, and supporting function rooms. The proposed works were subject of a Concept and Project Approval under Part 3A of the EP&A Act. EPM Projects provided end-to-end project management services commencing with assembling the full project team, managing the processes to obtain the Concept and Project Approvals for Stages 1, and 2, managing the process to obtain the Part 4 approvals for Stage 3, tendering and contract administration, managing the construction through to practical completion and defect periods.
