ST LUKE’S GRAMMAR – DESIGN REVIEW FOR FUNCTIONAL BRIEF

Project Details

St Luke’s Grammar engaged EPM Facilties Management (EPM) to conduct a review of their existing infrastructure, including evaluating functional briefs from design consultants (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, landscaping, etc.). EPM’s aim was to mitigate risks, identify cost reduction opportunities, and assess the practicality of designs for long-term maintenance and cleaning for the school. EPM were also asked to review building maintenance and design considerations related to accessibility. Additionally, EPM are assisting with the seamless transition from the existing building to the new one, providing guidance on integrating service infrastructure to avoid the need for new systems and ensuring effective systems integration.
