Project Details

The college engaged EPM Facilities Management (EPM) to review existing processes related to site induction, contractor management, and property team risk management. EPM assessed the organisational structure to identify gaps in efficiency, highlighting both strengths as well as areas for improvement. Our review included a detailed analysis of risks and opportunities. EPM provided the school with a comprehensive executive summary report and a risk register, utilising a traffic light system to highlight key risks and opportunities. The report included recommendations on the top three risks to address as a priority.
