Project Details

This project consisted of development of a greenfield site (ex. Department of Defence land) to create a new 100 bed RACF and 48 new ILU’s. The Site has an area of approximately 1.2 hectares and is the subject of a Concept Approval under Part 3A of the EP&A Act. EPM Projects provided end-to-end project management services commencing with assembling the project team, managing the statutory approval process to obtain a Part 4 Development Application approval pursuant to the Part 3A Concept Approval, tendering, and contract administration of the construction contract.
