Project Details

EPM Facilities Management (EPM) was engaged by Scouts NSW for an ongoing project extending to mid-2025, involving minor works funded by the Government’s West Invest grant. The project entails demolishing the existing Hawkesbury District Community Scouts Hall as well as the construction & fitout of a new hall. EPM was responsible for developing the design brief, engaging & managing consultants, and collaborating closely with the design team. This included coordinating Project Control Groups (PCGs) and providing regular reports to the client.
