EPM Planning has been the advisor of Ravenswood School for Girls on the optimal planning pathways to achieve its various objectives. Projects have ranged from minor works, such as refurbishment of existing buildings, through to the development of large expansive facilities. EPM Planning’s focus has been to identify opportunities to obtain approvals without the need for a Development Application, thereby minimising the cost and duration of the approvals process. EPM Planning has found innovative ways to enable Ravenswood to satisfy the legislative conditions applicable to such alternative approvals.
