Project Details

Penrith Anglican College is a Pre-K – Year 12 independent school with a wide catchment and significant future growth potential. The School has been through a process to establish a new masterplan, and is now in the process of delivering a the first stages of the masterplan.

EPM has provided town planning advice and guidance on the new masterplan, together with planning pathway strategies for the delivery of the subsequent stages of work, and also the planning services for the delivery of subsequent complying development and development without consent works.
