Project Details

Mount Annan Christian College engaged EPM Facilities Management to mentor their new Facilities Manager (FM) on essential processes and best practices, including what tasks need to be done and when. EPM provided the school with a suite of maintenance schedules, including annual and quarterly maintenance registers. The mentorship included a comprehensive training package featuring site walks with the new FM, asset management systems training, and toolbox talks. This training was designed to set the new FM up for success and covered a range of topics such as Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), fire systems, solar PV, strategic directions, long-term planning, and sustainability.
