Project Details

Marina Developments are a commercial and residential developer associated with Metropolitan Demolitions. In 2020, Marina engaged EPM to project manage its mixed-use development in Rosebery.

The scope of the project includes demolition of existing buildings on the site (whilst retaining the Gardeners Road façade of a heritage listed cinema building), excavation of two levels of basement carparking, and creation of around 400m2 of lettable ground floor retail space and 31 new residential apartments.

EPM’s engagement includes overseeing finalisation of design and approvals, undertaking head contractor tendering, and contract administration during construction. Works are expected to commence in 2021.
