Macquarie College – Senior School Building

Project Details

Macquarie College has been delivering multiple phases of a masterplan for the site, one of these comprising the construction of a new Senior School Building.

EPM was engaged by the College to provide preliminary town planning advice and confirm a strategy for the complying development planning pathway, together with providing advice on the temporary relocation of portable classrooms and associated facilities to accommodate the CDC build.
