Project Details

Situated within Warringah Mall on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the Brookvale dental and eye care centre will become a flagship centre for HCF within NSW. The project involved the fitout of a 2,500m2 tenancy in a manner that allows the 17-chair dental centre, dental sterilisation unit and the eye care centre to run both independently and concurrently in the same space, whilst maintaining a portion of the tenancy for future use. The project required a high level of coordination with Westfield works in a tight timeframe. EPM was engaged as the client’s representative for the management of the project including assembling a consultant team, managing the preparation of documentation, tendering, managing the process to obtain Complying Development Certificates and contract administration and lessor negotiations with Westfield (Scentre Group). EPM also prepared the project governance guidelines which will serve as the governance framework for the efficient and effective roll-out of future HCF dental centres.
