Project Details

In 2021, EPM was engaged by the Anglican Schools Corporation to assist in producing a new Master Plan for the Danebank School campus, as well as the delivery of the second stage of the campus redevelopment along Park Road. The Stage 2 building provides new junior learning areas, a new reception, sick bay and offices for the junior school, new meeting areas for staff and families, new staff/ community facilities, a new canteen, a new junior and senior library, and significant infrastructure upgrades. A portion of the previous building structure was retained and refurbished. EPM also managed the temporary canteen hire required during construction. EPM led the process to modify the existing Development Consent via a Complying Development Pathway, as well as managing the completion of design documentation, tendering and contract administration during construction. Construction of Stage 2 commenced in mid-2024, and reached completion in April 2024, with the project being delivered within budget.
