Project Details

The Cabrini Family Home was established in the Parramatta area by the Harris family three generations ago. It is a true family concern focusing on providing a warm and compassionate environment for elders, with exceedingly high standards. In 2003, with an increasing demand for Ageing in Place services, Cabrini obtained development consent for an Aged Care Village. This creates the future for Cabrini with approval for a 120-bed Residential Aged Care Facility and 64 Independent Living Units to be developed over 4 stages, including the restoration of the historic Deskford House, a building of environmental heritage. EPM was initially appointed as Cabrini’s project manager in 2006. Since then EPM has managed several development consent amendments, various preparatory works, demolition of existing facilities and the construction of the 120-bed Aged Care Facility.
