Project Details

Barker College has developed a master plan to accommodate the school’s transition to a fully coeducational college by 2022. The flagship component of this masterplan was the development of a Sports and Learning Precinct, the ‘Rosewood Centre’ located adjacent to several existing sports fields within the school. The development included the construction of a three-storey structure, housing five multi-sport playing courts, two fitness centres and 12 classrooms. The building will also be used for whole-of-school events, accommodating over 3,000 people. EPM Projects provided end-to-end project management commencing with assembling the project team, managing the processes to obtain design and statutory development and building approvals, tendering and contract administration of the construction contract.
