Project Details

Mount Sinai College appointed EPM to facilitate, develop and realise the vision of their master plan. The master plan included various remodelling and improvements to learning clusters, extensions to existing buildings, enhancing internal links to buildings, external works and landscaping over four construction stages. The project is currently under construction. EPM were involved from project inception to construction. This involved assembling the project team, managing the processes to obtain design and the statutory development and building approvals, tendering, awarding the works to a selected contractor, contract administration and ongoing consultation throughout construction.
