Project Details

The project consisted of the refurbishment and fitout of 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta as the college’s new national corporate head office and Sydney campus. EPM Projects planned and managed the physical due diligence to inform the acquisition of the building by Alphacrucis; EPM also provided end-to-end management of the refurbishment and fitout of the building including assembling the consultant team, managed the preparation of documentation, tendering, managed the process to obtain development consent and contract administration of the construction contract.
