Project Details

Excelsia College (Previously Wesley Institute) is Australia’s first Christian Arts College, focusing on tertiary education across a diverse range of vocations. In 2014 Excelsia College commenced its preparations to transition its campus to a new facility following the end of its current lease in mid-2015 and allow the College to continue to grow in the coming years.

Given the short timeframe to execute the move, Excelsia College engaged EPM Projects to plan and manage due diligence on several potential properties. EPM appointed a quick response consultant team to review and advise about the suitability of each property to support the College’s growth plans. EPM subsequently prepared a due diligence study overview report, analysing time, cost and scope risks for the properties to assist Excelsia College with their contractual negotiations with vendors.
