Project Details

This project consisted of construction of a new building to accommodate music, dance, and drama learning facilities and performance spaces including classrooms, rehearsal rooms, 700-seat auditorium and 165 basement car park. The project was delivered under the Complying Development provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007. EPM Projects provided end-to-end project management commencing with managing a feasibility study and developing a statutory approvals procurement strategy, assembling the project team, managing the processes to obtain design and a Complying Development Certificate, tendering, and contract administration of the construction contract.
