EPM Facilities Management (EPM) assisted the client with a comprehensive assesment of their water ingress issues. Our services included coordinating and managing contractor investigations. We conducted thorough inspections to identify and repair water leaks, ensuring that all sources of ingress were addressed effectively. EPM managed the project in such a way that it could be handed back to Stockland’s internal property management team with a clear pathway forward for them to manage the final rectification works. EPM also recommended measures to prevent future issues.
