Project Details

The school engaed EPM Facilities Management (EPM) to complete a fire services tender. EPM collaborated closely with the client to develop a service brief that met their budget constraints and recommended local suppliers. Once the budget was adhered to, the final agreement details were left with the school for finalisation. Subsequently, the school requested EPM’s assistance with a similar tender for their CMMS system supplier. EPM managed the procurement register, organised interviews and live demonstrations, and will provide a recommendation based on these evaluations.
