Project Details

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT (SCC) owns and operates Cardinal Gilroy Village, a retirement village at 45 Barcom St, Merrylands. The existing village included 238 Independent Living Units, and a 135 bed RACF, as well as SCC’s own head office. EPM was engaged to project manage the first stage of the masterplan which included 17 ILU’s and a community centre at the front entry of the village on Barcom St. EPMs services commenced with assembling the project team, overseeing development of concept design and cost planning and site investigations, managing the statutory approval process via a Development Application to Cumberland Council and assisting with a Planning Proposal for the village.
