Project Details

Danebank – an Anglican School for Girls, is a K-12 school campus with strong enrolments and planned growth, matched by a number of planning and environmental constraints.

EPM has been providing town planning advice in regard to the complex process of master planning the future stages of the school site. This includes managing matters such as heritage, staging/decanting of students, vehicle access and parking, addition of new properties and delivery of new facilities.

EPM’s town planning services have included broad due diligence advice, exempt development advice, complying development advice, and Development Applications.
