Project Details

In 2022, EPM was engaged by Ascham School to assist in the redevelopment of its heritage Fiona Building to improve and upgrade its Junior School facilities. The development includes the construction of a new Fiona Hall to provide capability for school functions, and extensions to the Fiona Wing to incorporate new classroom spaces, staffrooms, and art studios. Expected to be delivered in stages, the Fiona Project commenced construction in late 2023, and is expected to reach final Practical Completion in late-2025.
