Project Details

In mid-2015, Healius (formerly Primary Health Care) appointed EPM to assist in finalising a lease, manage the integrated base building refurbishment and fitout of 4,300m² of office space across Levels 4 to 7 of 203 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, and relocate the business of some 300 people to the new offices from multiple other offices. This included creating an atrium and stair to connect all four levels of the tenancy. The project was highly time-constrained due to the expiry of several other leases, and therefore required a fast-track approach to design and construction. EPM Projects provided end-to-end management of the fitout of the new offices and the relocation of Healius to the new offices including assembling the consultant team, managing the preparation of documentation, tendering, managing the process to obtain Complying Development Certificates and contract administration. EPM also managed the process to appoint several Principal Trade Contractors including electrical and mechanical trade contractors and the administration of their contracts.
