Project Details

The project consisted of the uplift of eighteen medical centre to improve the physical appearance and achieve consistency throughout all Primary Health Care medical centres to reflect a high standard of health care and an agreed condition standard, setting a benchmark for ongoing maintenance. EPM Projects planned the delivery of the Project, procured the Project resources, organised and lead the Project team and controlled the delivery of the Project within the scope, budget and time approved by Healius.
