PASPALEY PEARLS – SYDNEY FLAGSHIP RETAIL OUTLET

Project Details

Paspaley engaged EPM to manage the processes associated with documenting design, obtaining statutory approvals, tendering and construction of the heritage restoration and fitout of its flagship retail outlet in Martin Place, Sydney. Naturally Paspaley had very high expectations for the standard and quality of finish. The nature of the heritage restoration works were complex and closely scrutinised by Sydney City Council and the Heritage Council of NSW. EPM worked closely with the project team and together in December 2006 delivered the project to a very high standard. This project stands today as a testament to the ability of EPM to plan and manage a project to achieve very high quality standards under significant time constraints.
